Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?
Because we begin procuring materials and scheduling artisans specifically for your piece shortly after purchase, orders can only be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this window, a cancellation fee may apply as production has commenced. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
